What good works is excluded?

Titus 3:5-7:  5.NOT πŸ“΅  by WORKS πŸ’Ό  of RIGHTEOUSNESS  which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;  6. Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;  7.That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

3. Not by Sabbath keeping

4. Not by church attendance

5. Not by tithing or offering

6. Not by confession

7. Not by penance

THE PURPOSE AND FUNCTION OF THE CHURCH IS TO TEACH CHRIST AS SAVIOR. CHURCH ACTIVITIES IS FOR LEARNING, TRAINING AND REMEMBERING THE SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST. THE OBEDIENCE OF THE GREAT COMMISSION AND TO GLORIFY GOD IS IMPORTANT FOR REWARDS NOT FOR SALVATION BECAUSE THIS ARE DONE BY THE SAVED ALREADY.

πŸ“ŽWHY EXCLUDED?

Ephesians 2: 8  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

9  Not of works, lest any man should boast.

10  For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Isaiah 64: 6  But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses   are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.

Rom 11:6 And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.

Gal 2:21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.

John 14: 6  Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

πŸ“ŽIF INCLUDED AS PART OF SALVATION,

OUR WORK MAKES US OUR OWN SAVIOR AND EXCLUDES OR MAKES JESUS CHRIST USELESS AND INSIGNIFICANT BECAUSE YOU CAN SAVE YOURSELF.

Acts 4: 12  Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Romans 4

1  What shall we say then that Abraham our father, as pertaining to the flesh, hath found?

2  For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God.

3  For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.

4  Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.

5  But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

πŸ“ŽWHEN IS GOOD WORKS REQUIRED?

πŸ“ŒAFTER SALVATION... SAVED TO DO GOOD WORKS

EPHESIANS 2:

8  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

9  Not of works, lest any man should boast.

10  For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus UNTO GOOD WORKS, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

πŸ“ŽEXPECTED AND MAINTAINED FOR CROWN REWARDSπŸ‘‘.

TITUS 3:8  This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men.

Mat 16:27 For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works.

Luk 6:23 Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets. View more

Luk 6:35 But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.

πŸ“ŽSALVATION BY FAITH MUST BE SEEN BY MEN IN ACTION OR WORK TO GLORIFY GOD AND AS A RESULT OF IT.

Matthew 5: 14  Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.

15  Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. note

16  Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Jas 2:14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him? View more

Jas 2:17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.

DEAD FAITH DOES NOT MEAN, NO FAITH, JUST INACTIVE OR NOT OBSERVABLE  IN HUMAN THAT IT DOES NOT BRING GLORY TO GOD. NO MAN WILL KNOW YOU'RE SAVE.

Jas 2:18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.

πŸ“ŽWORKS IS THE PROOF THAT YOU HAVE BELIEVED(Justification towards men)... IT IS THE FRUIT AND RESULT OF SALVATION. A TRULY SAVED IS EXPECTED TO HAVE FRUITS BEING SPIRITUALLY  ALIVE.
