COVID19 MESSAGE FROM PRES. KAGUTA MUSEVENI TO THOSE WHO MISBEHAVE IN THESE CRISIS. STAY HOME QUARANTINE YOURSELF AND FAMILY.

This speech is being attributed to the Ugandan President  KAGUTA MUSEVENI who warns against people misbehaving during this COVID-19 period:

"God has a lot of work, He has the whole world to look after. He cannot just be here in Uganda looking after idiots...".

In a war situation, nobody asks anyone to stay indoors. You stay indoors by choice. In fact, if you have a basement, you hide there for as long as hostilities persist.

During a war, you don't insist on your freedom. You willingly give it up in exchange for survival. During a war, you don't complain of hunger. You bear hunger and pray that you live to eat again

During a war, you don't argue about opening your business. You close your shop (if you have the time), and run for your life. You pray to outlive the war so that you can return to your business (that's if it has not been looted or destroyed by mortar fire.

During a war, you are thankful to God for seeing another day in the land of the living.

During a war, you don't worry about your children not going to school. You pray that the government does not forcefully enlist them as soldiers to be trained in the school premises now turned military depot.

The world is currently in a state of war. A war without guns and bullets. A war without human soldiers. A war without borders. A war without cease-fire agreements. A war without a war room. A war without sacred zones.

The army in this war is without mercy. It is without any milk of human kindness. It is indiscriminate - it has no respect for children, women, or places of worship.

This army is not interested in spoils of war. It has no intention of regime change. It is not concerned about the rich mineral resources underneath the earth. It is not even interested in religious, ethnic or ideological hegemony.

Its ambition has nothing to do with racial superiority. It is an invisible, fleetfooted, and ruthlessly effective army.

Its only agenda is a harvest of death. It is only satiated after turning the world into one big death field. Its capacity to achieve its aim is not in doubt.

Without ground, amphibious and aeriel machines, it has bases in almost every country of the world. Its movement is not governed by any war convention or protocol.

In short, it is a law unto itself. It is Coronavirus. Also known as COVID-19 (because it announced its destructive presence and intention in the year of our Lord 2019)

Thankfully, this army has a weakness and it can be defeated. It only requires our collective action, discipline and forbearance.

COVID-19 cannot survive social and physical distancing. It only thrives when you confront it. It loves to be confronted.

It capitulates in the face of collective social and physical distancing. It bows before good personal hygiene. It is helpless when you take your destiny in your own hands by keeping them sanitized as often as possible.

This is not a time to cry about bread and butter like spoilt children. After all, the  Holy book tells us that man shall not live by bread alone.

Let's obey and follow the instructions of the authorities. Let's flatten the COVID-19 curve. Let's exercise patience. Let's be our brothers' keeper.

In no time, we shall regain our freedom, enterprise and socializing."

The importance of SOUND DOCTRINE.

Jesus Christ and the doctrine.

Luk 4:32: "And they were astonished at his doctrine: for his word was with power."

John 7:16: "Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me."

John 18:19: "The high priest then asked Jesus of his disciples, and of his doctrine."

IS DOCTRINE IMPORTANT?

Mat 15:9: "BUT IN VAIN THEY DO WORSHIP ME, TEACHING FOR DOCTRINES THE COMMANDMENTS OF MEN."

Mar 7:7: "HOWBEIT IN VAIN DO THEY WORSHIP ME, TEACHING FOR DOCTRINES THE COMMANDMENTS OF MEN."

Rom 16:17: "Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them."

Eph 4:14: "That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;"

1Tim 4:1: "Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;"

1Tim 4:6: "If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained."

1Tim 4:13: "Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine."

1Tim 4:16: "Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee."

1Tim 5:17: "Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine."

1Tim 6:1: "Let as many servants as are under the yoke count their own masters worthy of all honour, that the name of God and his doctrine be not blasphemed."

2Tim 3:16: "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:"

2Tim 4:2: "Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine."

2Tim 4:3: "For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;"

Tit 2:1: "But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine:"

Heb 13:9: "Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein."

2Jn 1:9: "Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son."

2Jn 1:10: "If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:"

SALVATION FROM FALSE DOCTRINE 1Timothy 4:16

๐ŸŽฏEND TIMES WARNING

2Tim 4:2: "Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine."

2Tim 4:3: "For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;"

2Jn 1:9: "Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son."

THE IMPORTANCE OF REPENTANCE

What place should repentance have in your presentation of the gospel? Is repentance the same thing as belief? Or is it something distinct from it? Is it important to emphasize repentance, or should we never mention it in this age of grace? What does repentance really mean, anyway? These are some of the questions the soulwinner must face (and answer) regarding the subject of repentance.
There can be little doubt that all men, from Adam on, have had to repent in order to have a right relationship with God. The importance of this is brought home when we realize men of every Biblical age preached it.

John the Baptist preached it (Mark 1:15); the Apostle John proclaimed its necessity (Rev. 2:5); Paul preached repentance wherever he went (Acts 17:30; 20:21 ); and the Lord Jesus Christ Himself strongly emphasized that men who refused to repent would perish (Luke 13:3, 5). So, you see, repentance is necessary for salvation

HOW TO INSULT JESUS? BY TEACHING AGAINST HIS WORDS. SAYING NO NEED OF REPENTANCE.

Mar 1:14-15: "Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel."

Luk 13:3,5: "I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. … I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish."

REPENTANCE PURIFIES FAITH FOR SALVATION, IT IS A MUST!

Faith must have an object to believe. I mean, example in salvation. You can not just simply say I believe in Jesus. Then is he saved?

You need to qualify. What do you believe about Jesus? If a person believe that Jesus is only a man like INK,etc. that faith is not enough to save him. Yes he believe in Jesus 100% but only as a human prophet, then that is not enough to save him. Yes he believed that Jesus is 100% God and 100% man, but believed that in salvation, you need also to  do good works for salvation, etc. Then your faith is defective and cant save you. THAT'S THE IMPORTANCE OF REPENTANCE, to weed out the false beliefs and correct the object of faith in salvation, that Christ is God who became man, died to pay for our sins, resurrected and I can receive Him as my personal Savior now(GOSPEL). Now about SIN, It is the main reason Christ died for. That is what God really hated and caused our death or separation from Him, and go to hell. So to downgrade REPENTANCE FROM SIN, is like saying, Sin is OK. False beliefs about salvation, no repentance is just OK. THESE ARE THE HINDRANCES of Faith that must be repented of.

REPENTANCE IS TO PURIFY FAITH IN CHRIST TO BE SAVED, IT IS A MUST!

MIND IS THE BATTLEFIELD OF GOD AND SATAN, WHO DO YOU OBEY? REPENT!

THE IMPORTANCE AND EFFECTS OF A CHANGED MIND (REPENTANCE TOWARD GOD)

๐Ÿ˜‡BE LIKEMINDED WITH CHRIST

Rom 12:2: "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."

Rom 15:5: "Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus:"

Rom 15:6: "That ye may with one mind and one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ."

1Cor 1:10: "Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment."

1Cor 2:16: "For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ."

2Cor 8:12: "For if there be first a willing mind, it is accepted according to that a man hath, and not according to that he hath not."

Eph 4:23: "And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;"

Phil 1:27: "Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;"

Phil 2:2: "Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind."

Phil 2:3: "Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves."

Phil 2:5: "Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:"

๐Ÿ‘ฟDON'T LET SATAN DECEIVE AND BLIND YOU

2Cor 3:14: "But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same veil untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which veil is done away in Christ."

2Cor 4:4: "In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them."

2Cor 11:3: "But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ."

Eph 4:17: "This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind,"

Col 1:21: "And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled"

2Tim 3:4: "Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;"

REPENTANCE OF SIN IS NOT A WORK FOR SALVATION

REPENTANCE OF SIN IS NOT EARNING(working for it) SALVATION.

(Don't misinterpret REPENTANCE OF SIN as a Work. It is a decision to acknowledge our sinfulness, and committed sins, false beliefs about salvation.)

YOU CAN'T TRULY BELIEVE OR HAVE FAITH WITH OUT HATING SIN OR REPENTANCE. YOU CAN'T FOLLOW GOD AND DANCE WITH THE DEVIL.

REPENTANCE IS A DECISION TO ACKNOWLEDGE SIN AS AN ENEMY OF GOD, THE CAUSE OF HIS DEATH, AND WHAT IS HURTING GOD. IT IS TO CUT SATAN'S INFLUENCE ON YOU AND DENY THE FLESH OF ITS FOOD.

REPENTANCE OF SIN DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU CAN'T SIN AGAIN, OUR OLD NATURE IF UNCHECKED AND WE PUT OUR GUARDS DOWN WILL BE USED BY SATAN THAT WE CAN SIN AGAIN. SO WE NEED CONFESSION AND REPENTANCE EVEN AS A SAVED FOR GROWTH CLEANSING WE ALWAYS NEED OUR MIND BE CHECKED, AND BE TRANSFORMED. ROMANS 12:1-3 SO TO AVOID DISCIPLINE AND LOSING OF REWARDS(HEBREWS 12:5-11).

We are saved by Repenting of our sins and put our Faith in Christ(Mark 1:15). A person that can be saved only by faith without repentance is a person who is perfect, without false ideas about salvation, who has never committed wrong that he don't need to change his mind about this things. If anyone who have no sin, and think he is always right, that man alone DOES NOT NEED REPENTANCE!

False teachers want to tear away repentance from the Bible?

When you say "Repentance of sin " is not Biblical, you are saying that Christ(Mark 1:15) does not understand what He is talking about.

False teachers are discrediting Jesus, the apostles by downgrading and look at their explanations of salvation if REPENTANCE is ever there?

Mar 1:15: "And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel."

Mat 3:8: "Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance:"

Mat 4:17: "From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."

Mat 9:13: "But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I WILL HAVE MERCY, AND NOT SACRIFICE: FOR I AM NOT COME TO CALL THE RIGHTEOUS, BUT SINNERS TO REPENTANCE."

Mat 11:20: "Then began he to upbraid the cities wherein most of his mighty works were done, because they repented not:"

Mat 11:21: "Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works, which were done in you, had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes."

Mat 21:32: "For John came unto you in the way of righteousness, and ye believed him not: but the publicans and the harlots believed him: and ye, when ye had seen it, repented not afterward, that ye might believe him."

Luk 5:32: "I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance."

Luk 13:3: "I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish."

Luk 13:5: "I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish."

Luk 15:10: "Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth."

Luk 24:47: "And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem."

Acts 3:19: "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;"

REPENT FROM SIN "BIBLICAL"

There were false teachers using this illustration picture to prove that Repentance is not Biblical,  so I mark his verses in his illustration to  show that he is wrong and his verses are proof that repentance is because of sin, is Biblical and he ignorantly without analysis teach a false doctrine not knowing to rightly divide God's word.

Mat 3:2: "And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."

Luk 13:3: "I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish."

Luk 13:5: "I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish."

Acts 20:21: "Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ."

2Pet 3:9: "The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."

REPENTANCE IS ESSENTIAL AND UNDERSTOOD AS AN INSEPARABLE GRACES IN SALVATION.

๐Ÿ“–2 Timothy 2:15: "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."

Jesus:
John 5:24: "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life."

Peter:
Acts 15:11: "But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they."

Paul:
Acts 16:31: "And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house."

Rom 10:9: "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."

Eph 2:8: "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:"

⚠️DOES THIS MEANS NO REPENTANCE⁉️

๐Ÿ‘‰So, let's compare verses by verses to get the clear picture.๐Ÿ‘ˆ

๐Ÿ‘‰In Acts 15:11 Peter is telling only of "Believe", no repentance to be saved said the anti-repentance.

๐Ÿ‘‰Check it with other statements of Peter to rightly divide God's word...
It is understood that when they believe,  they repented because Gentiles don't usually believe Christ as God, as the Christ, and as the Savior same as the Jews before they heard the gospel. They can't believe rightly if they will not change or repent of their previous thinking in their minds.
If you read ๐Ÿ“–Acts 2:38, Peter said Repent!
๐Ÿ‘‰ So it's wrong doctrine to preach Repentance of sin is not Biblical or not necessary for salvation.

๐Ÿ‘‰Jesus also in John 5:24 is understood that this people who believed changed their mind from believing that He is the Messiah sent by the Father which is not usually believed by most of the Jews even up to now.

❗And Jesus emphasized that anybody will PERISH, without repentance.

๐Ÿ‘‰In Acts 16:31, Paul said to the Jailer "Believe only", this does not mean that the Jailer did not repent, because as a Gentile, they don't usually believe in Christ, and he is also a sinner, so when he believed it means he changed his minds of the sin and accepted Jesus. And Paul teached repentance:

Rom 2:4: "Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?"

2Cor 7:10: "For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death."

2Tim 2:25: "In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;"

๐Ÿ‘‰NEVER SAY REPENTANCE FROM SIN IS ☢NOT BIBLICAL! THAT IS CLEAR ☣REBELLION FROM CHRIST AND THE BIBLE.๐Ÿ‘ˆ

WHY THE HOLY SPIRIT WILL REPROVE THE WORLD OF RIGHTEOUSNESS?

The Holy Spirit is said to reprove from what:
John 16:8: "And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:"

Why be reproved by RIGHTEOUSNESS? BECAUSE MAN'S RIGHTEOUSNESS is DIRTY and DETESTABLE before God.

Isa 64:6,9: "But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away. … Be not wroth very sore, O LORD, neither remember iniquity for ever: behold, see, we beseech thee, we are all thy people."

Even Men's sacrifices for sin(are only type or symbol of Christ), God take no pleasure. It is only through the ULTIMATE SACRIFICE OF CHRIST THAT SIN BE ATONED AND PAID. CHRIST ALONE CAN SATISFY GOD'S JUSTICE.

Heb 10:6,8,10-12: "IN BURNT OFFERINGS AND SACRIFICES FOR SIN THOU HAST HAD NO PLEASURE. … Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law; … By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins: But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;"

Tit 3:5: "Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;"

IF MAN WILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGE(REPENT OR CHANGE  MIND)ABOUT HIS HELPLESS STATE, SINFULNESS AND DECIDE THAT HE NEED CHRIST to be righteous before God, He can never attain the FAITH TO BE SAVED WHICH IS PURELY TO TRUST IN CHRIST AS HIS PERSONAL SAVIOR.

IF YOU THINK YOUR RIGHTEOUS WORKS CAN SAVE YOU...

THINK 1,000 TIMES & READ BIBLE.
