๐2 Timothy 2:15: "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."
Jesus:
John 5:24: "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life."
Peter:
Acts 15:11: "But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they."
Paul:
Acts 16:31: "And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house."
Rom 10:9: "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."
Eph 2:8: "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:"
⚠️DOES THIS MEANS NO REPENTANCE⁉️
๐So, let's compare verses by verses to get the clear picture.๐
๐In Acts 15:11 Peter is telling only of "Believe", no repentance to be saved said the anti-repentance.
๐Check it with other statements of Peter to rightly divide God's word...
It is understood that when they believe, they repented because Gentiles don't usually believe Christ as God, as the Christ, and as the Savior same as the Jews before they heard the gospel. They can't believe rightly if they will not change or repent of their previous thinking in their minds.
If you read ๐Acts 2:38, Peter said Repent!
๐ So it's wrong doctrine to preach Repentance of sin is not Biblical or not necessary for salvation.
๐Jesus also in John 5:24 is understood that this people who believed changed their mind from believing that He is the Messiah sent by the Father which is not usually believed by most of the Jews even up to now.
❗And Jesus emphasized that anybody will PERISH, without repentance.
Luk 13:3: "I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish."
Luk 13:5: "I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish."
Luk 15:10: "Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth."
๐In Acts 16:31, Paul said to the Jailer "Believe only", this does not mean that the Jailer did not repent, because as a Gentile, they don't usually believe in Christ, and he is also a sinner, so when he believed it means he changed his minds of the sin and accepted Jesus. And Paul teached repentance:
Rom 2:4: "Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?"
2Cor 7:10: "For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death."
2Tim 2:25: "In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;"
๐NEVER SAY REPENTANCE FROM SIN IS ☢NOT BIBLICAL! THAT IS CLEAR ☣REBELLION FROM CHRIST AND THE BIBLE.๐
