F.A.L.C.O.N. Mission & Vision
Follower, Army, Laborer for Christ Organization in the Nation
MISSION
F.A.L.C.O.N.
F — Follow Christ Faithfully
To walk in obedience, holiness, and truth, following the Lord Jesus Christ above all.
> “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.” — Matthew 4:19
A — Advance the Gospel Aggressively
To boldly proclaim salvation through Christ to every soul and every nation.
> “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” — Mark 16:15
L — Labor Loyally in the Lord’s Work
To serve with diligence, humility, and endurance in the ministry entrusted by God.
> “Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord.” — 1 Corinthians 15:58
C — Cultivate Christlike Character
To develop integrity, discipline, courage, purity, and spiritual maturity.
> “Till Christ be formed in you.” — Galatians 4:19
O — Occupy Until He Comes
To remain watchful, productive, and faithful while awaiting the return of the King.
> “Occupy till I come.” — Luke 19:13
N — Nation-Building Through New Disciples
To strengthen families, churches, and communities by making grounded disciples of Christ.
> “Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you.” — Matthew 28:20
VISION
To raise a generation of spiritual falcons—sharp in discernment, swift in obedience, fearless in battle, and steadfast in faith—who soar above worldly compromise and lead souls to Christ until the return of the King.
> “But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles...” — Isaiah 40:31
Though falcons are not eagles, the principle remains: rising above weakness through the strength of God.
FALCON Tenets
Like the falcon that sees from afar, strikes with precision, and flies with endurance, we aim to:
See the mission clearly through God’s Word.
Fly higher than worldly distractions.
Hunt truth and destroy deception.
Protect the flock and stand for righteousness.
Serve Christ with discipline and courage.
> “Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.” — 1 Corinthians 16:13
> “No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life.” — 2 Timothy 2:4
